Why Dancer? Guess what?! I express myself through the Art of Dance, as a Universal language, a powerful way to communicate without words.
A bit of my story
Since 1999 I have been working as a Dance Educator (for children from age 3 to 18), Teacher, and Mentor.
It is a pleasure and a honor for me to support and help my students, the dance community, the world, and myself too. I'm committed to share tools to face life in a good, healthy way, and to see everybody blooming in our authentic self, even better if through dance. My vivid imagination enlightens my passion for education and teaching. I love to research and I thrive in Multidisciplinarity, in dance too.
Researching about my sensitive trait, I fell in love with Quantum Human Design™, a powerful way to understand how our energy works and how to know ourselves deeper. Then I discovered how important is to regulate our precious nervous system, EFT tapping, gentle tecniques...
